The Concept: HSL

hsl(hue, saturation, lightness): Hue is 0-360 deg, Saturation and Lightness are 0-100%.

The Objective

1. Target the .spark-character.
2. Set background-color to hsl(180, 100%, 50%) (Pure Cyan).
